I'd really like to see your Christmas lists. This is mine:

1. A new kickass laptop - I've been looking through laptop review sites and am getting dizzy with all the specs. They all seem to think the IBM Thinkpad X40 is excellent but I don't want an IBM. I hate their red trackpoint. My Thinkpad's trackpoint got fucked up and I don't want that to happen again. I'm looking at either the Sony Vaio T150 or the Z1 series. The T150 looks prettier though. Right now, I'm relying on Cnet.com and Pcmag.com for reviews. Jen has yet to convince me to get an Ibook (Although that Bluetooth feature is really fucking tempting)

2. All my cds converted into mp3s and transferred into a 60gb Ipod Photo. You don't need a picture of the Ipod, as all of you have seen it.
3. Sony 7MP digicam

4. Sony DVD handycam.

5. Gain ten pounds.
6. Surety.
7. Visit Jen in NYC. AND WATCH WICKED. I have to have to have to.
8. Live with BJ in LA.
9. Levi's Diva Jeans or just perfect fitting jeans
10. Lots of matching underwear
11. Comfortable white shoes that will go with anything
12. A truckload of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
13. Foot scrub
14. New trainers
15. Black leather slingbacks
16. Of course, B O O K S

Please share yours! I was looking for my old "Things I Want" list that I made while I was in St. Scho. That list had a lot of things crossed out, like visits to BJ, eye lasik surgery, etc. Looks like I'll have to make a new one.

hi mika! my turn to post a comment on your blog. :)

i work for a computer mag, and i must say that bluetooth is so totally useless for something that costs an arm and a leg. for wireless peripherals you can just go with 27mHz RF connectivity, it seems to be the norm among makers. gah why am i thinking about work?

i wish there was such a thing as pound transfer. i'd gladly give away ten of mine. it would make everyone sooo much happier. :P

Thanks for the tip Deepa! So what is the best laptop out there now? I mean, according to the magazine you work for? Please give me inside information (hehe) if you can. I'd really like to get a laptop that's worth my money and will last me a long time. Thanks!
