The first time I went to Pitoy Moreno, he told me that my lips were too pouty and jutted out, that my eyebrows needed taming, and that my hair needed straightening. And then he said I could use some weight (Don't I know it). And then he took my measurements. And then, as a finale, he said that I shouldn't waste my eyes on reading and studying. "You are only young and beautiful once, you have all the time to read when you're older."

Nyak. How skewed.

I have never had dreams of modelling although I've been mighty tempted about earning fast money. I can't do it though. I am the type who will trip all over myself on the ramp, or smile really really stiffly at shoots. I am a designer's nightmare. I know this because I've tried having headshots done and the pictures never come out the way I want them to. So I've never submitted them. Sayang.

Anyway, my grandmother told me that Pitoy is asking me to go there again. He's doing a documentary on his wedding book "Kasal" (which is an old one) and apparently, he needs a lot of models for it. However, since it's Pitoy Moreno, it's going to be free because I think he works like that. Models should be honored to work for him so they aren't really paid.

The verdict? I think, a resounding no. But I'm flattered to be asked, anyway.
